Day of Coordinating

Certified Day of Coordinator $200 per hour setup to tear down or as long as you need me.

Services Included:

• Service starts the day you sign the contract and I am available up to the first dance on the day of the wedding, or until specific time for other events.

• I can help setup for reception

• I will help you finalize your timeline to ensure your special day flows as smooth as possible and stays on schedule.

• I act as the prime contact with the vendors on the day of. Directing them and ensuring timely setup.

• I will meet with you at rehearsal to ensure everyone knows what to do and where to be before and after the ceremony.

• On the day of I will direct the ceremony, cue the music, and manage the flow of reception and any other event until the first dance.

• I will address any issues that arise, like any schedule issues or vendor problems if any.

• I will leave after you have all your dance events done if you have any extra things before then I will assist with them.

• Anything else you may need we can discuss once we have a chance to sit down and go through your needs.

• I will stay until teardown is done.

•  Services Not Included:

• I don't pick up or drop off items to vendors
